dodgy battery connections effecting FBH?

for some reason my FBH has just stopped working,
throwing up error codes: W7,3,6 and 24,02.

My split charge second battery isn't charging - stuck at 5V. yet the display on the controller shows the battery is full (it isn't - I've checked with a volt meter)

At the same time I know I have a loose negative terminal on the main battery

coincidence? or all linked somehow?

What do you think?

My thinking process is:
1. sort out a decent neg terminal contact.
2. trickle charge the second battery up to full and check it takes charge.
3. once I'm confident in both of those then investigate the connection between the main and then second battery as I think the the solenoid might be fecked

not sure what has changed really but have managed to get the FBH to fire up and run remotely without issue several times.

I've fixed the main battery negative terminal.
and the second battery is on charge and appears to be taking the charge - so fingers crossed.

All being well I think that then points to the solenoid not doing it's job properly, so that will be looked at next....
