Was abit of a fight though as the torq bolts had seized in and pulled out the thread from the rear door handle while trying to undo them Crying or Very sad

When the rain came though retreated to the garage and decided to paint the front of my spotlights just to make them a little different.

After

Quite happy with the results and its the same orange i painted my sump guard. Just need some sunny days now while im home and the front end rebuild can begin Laughing

What are the lights and are they any good? Need a replacement set after my Hella black Magics fell apart when removing them

Re-Paint the screws and brackets for my rear light protectors.
Also used some Solution Finish in the protectors to bring them back to black.

The alloy trim fell off the side step. I had bought new ones knowing they were on their way. I also knew the cills were scabby and intended to bare metal them. Actually found a hole which needed welded!

Other side next. I have some buzzweld WAR coming and have plenty dinitrol. Just wish I had a 2post lift so I could remove the body & do the whole floor & chassis

Treated the car to new discs and pads on milestone mileage.
They were well over due.

They needed a right beating to get them off.

Took about three hours start to finish, happy with that.

Picked up another D3 yesterday. This one is a HSE and spent some of today going over issues. Changed oil/filter and had a nose underneath and she s not looking too bad. Pulled the All Terrain controller and I think it is goosed. Ordered replacement from eBay. Cheers.
 Cheers

Good work. V8 upgrade too I see. Did mine back in March, had to give one side a good old whack or 3 to get the old disc off. Makes a good inmprovement to the braking power, eh?
Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.

Should get mine back today after having the rear upper suspension arms replaced with Advanced Factor HD ones, after they were picked up on MOT last months with worn bushes. Apparently the old bolts were seized in place and it took them over 4 hours to get them both swapped out!! Shocked

They are also changing the power steering fluid while its in as steering was a bit tight and the fluid was a nice shade of brown.
