Yesterday evening, pulled a removal van who had slipped off the road and was on the edge of going into the ditch, out.
Got £20 forced on me for doing it. 8)

Enabled navigation on the move and 4x4 info, somehow hadn’t gotten around doing this before. Added silicone cap on the tow ball.

Fitted D4 alloys with Goodyear Duratrac AT's. Fought a snapped locking wheel nut as well, all locking nuts taken off and replaced now!

Added a very fetching, bright orange Disco3.co.uk sticker, then realised its a bit wonky. That’s what I get for rushing while the kids were quiet for 5 mins.

Extra one to make sure. 😂 iOS app didn’t look like it had posted correctly. Go back in and there are two posts and I can’t remove the other one. Better buy another sticker now 😊

Fixed
1, Faulty temp gauge, replaced coolant and oil temps sensors
2, Low coolant warning replaced expansion bottle for the second time
3, Fitted CB aerial thanks to Uncle Rays mount top job
Failed with item 4 was going to wash it but couldn't be bothered
Just need to sort some wheels out and get some tyres ordered

Mick have you got a photo of where you put your aerial mount? And how did you route the cable? I’m hoping to fit mine next weekend D3 x2 now gone

I'll get a photo in the morning but all I did was slide the RLD mounting right to the back of the roof rail, ran the cable through tailgate.

I didn’t fix the seat in the end (my job for tomorrow), but I did replace the failed gas struts on the bonnet. No more makeshift props for me.

Been for a test drive and put a deposit down. Thanks for all who helped with advice appreciated the fact that honest opinion when asking questions about what to buy. But sorry to say the questions have not stopped the nature of them may become more technical
