DPF in 2007 D3

Hi,

I am looking at buying a Discovery 3 2,7 D HSE as a company car in Denmark, but the requirements of my employer is that it has DPF installed. Does the 2007 model have that from standard, and if not, can that be retrofited?

KB - I have a DPF (2008.5 model) and it was an option. Can't recall when the DPF came out, but it was never standard in mainland Europe. The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

Not completely true. We currently reside in Switzerland, and our RRS TDV8 had DPF as standard, and all models sold in Denmark today have DPF (legally necessary).

It is only because I am having to buy a used D3 that I am in doubt if it would have it, and if it does not, if it is possible to fit it?

For the Norwegian market DPF came in in 2008,5 IMMSMC.

Most possible the same for the dannish market.

Some danes should be along shortly.
