Same for me, mine is in at the dealers now for another attempt at curing the seat rock. I hope they can sort it out, it really does spoil the smooth ride a D3 is renowned for.
My old 54 plate D3 also had a seat that moved, but it was fixed under warranty first time, and was still ok after 120k miles.

I got the same problem.. had the dealer take out the driver's seat & reinstall, to no avail. still happens... while driving one of their loaners, it happened as well. think its just the way it is. no cure.

I had this on mine after about 10k miles, dealer fixed it but as yours it came back again.
apparently there are some locating lugs within the mounting frame and in use the hole they sit in elongates and leads to the movement, I would imagine on an out of warranty vehicle then this could be sorted in a few different ways... and theeeeennn......???

I had this problem until the dealer swapped my seat memory module (or something named like that) for the TSB on the mirror dips. Drove me mad, but was magically sorted then.
My guess was it that it was a coincidence and something got tightened when replacing, or some electronic skulduggery wasn't holding the seat correctly... 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

Could be wrong but I think this came up early last year on the site. I have the same issue, very slight movement though thankfully. Anyway I thought there was a TSB on it aswell?
