Dscovery 4 TDV6 overfuelling

My 2010 3.0 TDV6 is overfuelling and has poor fuel economy. It starts and runs fine. However, it does sound rich on tickover.

Is this engine fitted with a cold start sensor. If it is, where is it located.

The car has been connected to 2 different diagnostic machines but no fault codes have been shown.

Help please.
