Dual View Screen and Wading sensors

Did the late disco 4 have a dual view screen option? Can’t find anything to say it did but as the last Discos had more kit that the last RRS it would seam possible.

Also, anyone know if the wade sensing is part of the head unit or a CCF activation like the 4x4 screen etc.

For wade sensing you need the sensors fitted underneath the mirrors ....for dual screen ..don't think it ever made it to the D4 Smile

If you have the sensors then it should be working Confused Where are you saying the sensors are on the mirror unit?

Yes, the sensors are in the bottom of the mirror between puddle lamp and camera. I’m looking at retro fitting the system, I have the sensors, can get the ECU module and make the loom but I read that the actual display software is in certain HLFD but not sure if this means it still needs a CCF update or a certain part number of unit.

Physically yes but I think you will have problems with A, CCF edits (the option not being present) and B, the FCDIM stores an abridged version of your CCF and on wake up, the BCM asks the FCDIM what car it is, it should respond with L319 and be happy that the BCM and FCDIM match. If it responds L320, it will be confused and won’t load everything and you’ll probably lose most of your functionality.
