not my usual style to put a review for bad things, usually put them for good things though.here goes
placed a order for a genuine Lr fuel filter Sunday. payed £10 for delivery and thought i will have it by Tuesday, nothing arrived. Wednesday nothing. then today i received a email to say it wasn't in stock do i want a o.e one. 4 days to tell me that. could of got one from anywhere quicker than that. looks like i wont be doing it this weekend now. bit gutted and maybe a 1 off don't know.
wont use them again though

didn't add this, buttt.as i said the reply said did i want a equivalent. i told the person i was disappointment but i would exept it due to doing it this weekend. had a automated reply today saying the person was out of the office untill monday. so deffenately wont be using these again had a d1 ,d2 a land mark d4 for 3 days now have awsome d4 in orkney grey hse sdv6 my12

Unfortunately Duckworth’s parts service does seem to have declined drastically. A few years ago, Dan would’ve got this sorted rapidly. Since he left, they are next to useless I’m afraid. Shame really, as quite a number of owners still prefer to buy genuine LR parts, with a bit of discount (me included), still it’s their loss  . D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.

pattern fuel filter arrived today (clarcor) never heard of it. at least it came. still no email or anything.
never use them again.
