due to change the rubber so !!!!
will be needing to change the rubber on my wheels soon as nail in edge of tread has forced me to run on the spare, so having a look round i have found these and would like to know if any body has any knowledge of them i.e. will they last longer than the pirelli zeros (not hard to do) and will they give reasonable grip off road
they seem to be right for the job of 70% road but if you don't ask you don't find out Tintenter

...not sure on prices....but sizes and load ratings work!!!
only thing you have to watch with "winter" tyres is high wear rates in "normal" temperatures due to soft compounds......end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

Personally I don't rate Pirellis for wear.
Never wore well in comparison with other brands on my previous vehicles.
Also just found out yesterday that all 4 Pirelli's need replacing on my wifes Honda Civic Sport.
And it's only done 18k [normal - not boy racer] driving.
Before I went to 20" Stormers, I had Goodyear Wranglers.
Got 36k out of them before I changed to another set.
[cost me £100 per tyre all inclusive through dealer -special promotion at the time]
Currently got Continental Cross Conacts and again don't rate them as good as the Goodyears.
If they do a 20" Wrangler [not checked yet], I'll get them when my Conti's wear down.I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

ditto, goodrich first choice here also.....but went with the next best thing (for longevity anyway)....synchrones...which are quieter on the road than the wranglers as well.
Price you have been quoted is a bit steep though......end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......
