..... We are going to go for the light interior...
Good choice. We found that the lighter interior is far more dirt resistant than we feared. Despite taking 4 kids to and from school and 2 mud / wet loving Labradors to the forest each day the interior has never looked scruffy or needed any deep cleaning. Mind you we are not perfectionists about such things.
Mud and dirt definitely shows up more on the ebony interior of my RRS than it does on the light interior of the D4 Disco 4 TDV6HSE

Hi antoniasdad, Here's a picture, and I have just put more in my gallery. Almond/Arabica works really well IMHO.
Thanks, that looks really classy. probably better than my Alpaca... ____

Stingray, I've got exactly the same - almond/arabica interior with rubber mats. Pefect!
My D4 has now done over 12,000 miles, a lot with the dogs in, and the interior still looks fab. The hatchbag has been invaluable!
And I'm currently in Scotland having driven 600 miles yesterday with 5 adults in the car, and it was a breeze! I so love this car

Does look very nice I must admit
Final decision for mine went to SWMBO who suggested the light interior looks a bit 'pipe and slippers' which was enough for me to run a mile, particularily as she'd already referred to my Ipanema pride and joy as 'beige'

SazzaG, I got quite excited by the combination of Almond/Arabica and black rubber mats as well. I don't think it's a fetish, but should I worry about myself?? The black mats nicely contrast with the lightness of the interior, and the grand black lacquer reflects the exterior black paint as well. I like it!

I am hoping that LR will start offering in the D4 the tan leather seats available in the RRS and (from very recently the updated) FL2

I have just taken delivery (yesterday) of my HSE in Santorini Black with Almond/Arabica interior and I love it! I spent ages thinking about colours, and I am really pleased with the choice for various reasons. I would advise going for the Arabica dash top & door top trims, as this tones the interior down a touch, and if you go for Nutmeg, you only get the dash top in that colour, and the door tops will be Almond, which to my mind is less appealing. Just my opinion, but I hope it helps! I'll try to get round to posting pics this weekend.
That's exactly the colour combination I have on mine; beautiful! "The quality remains long after the price has been forgotten."Henry Royce
