| EGR valves, 07 build 08 registered |

Ok guys, been a while but I have owned my HSE since new, 3 years january, 3 1/2 weeks past end of warranty and both valves nackered,  spoke with local stealer's one wants £693 the other wants £429, no brainer i know but i have aksed that landrover offer a contribution (ideally 100% given the full service record and being so close after the end of the warranty) and I am awaiting a response, important point,you can't blank off these valves from 07 on, shame because that is exactly what i would have done unless anybody out there knows if a kit is available, watch this space and i let you know what response i get back from landrover, hopefully i will still keep the faith !

Why didn`t you extend the warranty I can resist everything except TEMPTATION

yes,obvious I know  Putting in place now and at the moment 75% offered by LR customer care but have asked them to reconsider, will let you know final outcome

Just got back from garage, Diagnostic check shows. L/H EGR valve not working correctly (stuck in one position )
Booked in friday 18-02-11 to be done.
Diagnostic check £66.00
New valve and fitting £360.00 ish
Thats with Gratech at braintree i didnt think that was bad price 
PS Thats with 52000 miles on clock
