Electronic Problems / Fuse 20 constantly blowing up
First of all, sorry for my English,
I´m slowly getting mad on my MY05 HSE.
The Problem appeared a few weeks ago, low voltage warning Light showed up, central locking didn´t work.
Alternator and Battery changed, everything OK.
some weeks later, after a car wash, the alternator Warning appeared again and central locking didn´t work while locking with the Key.
I disconnected the Battery, ordered another Alternator, this time original, Denso, fitted it and changed Fuse 20, wich was blown.
For two weeks everything seemed alright until Yesterday. After driving home from work, the Alternator Light showed up again.
While changing Fuse 20, I noticed that there is still Voltage, even the Car was in "sleep" Mode. New 5A Fuse blew while putting it in
Now i checked the Electrical wiring diagram and there is a wire from the Starter motor to the Alternator shown.
Is it in any way possible, that my Issue isn´t the Alternator but the Starter motor?

Check the cable from the alternator is not rubbing and shorting. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Is the fuse you talk of labelled ALT ?
Check the front floor/carpet isn't wet inside.
Do you have a sunroof?

Central locking doesn’t work when key used in left door.
Follow the thin wires by alternator and see
If they are ok condition or bare.
Unplug connector from alternator.
Replace fuse
And see if fuse remains good

There was a problem with the battery lead to the starter/alternator rubbing through on the front diff giving similar problems and occasionally shorting

that causes the ~250A MEGGA fuse on the battery + post to blow.
Not the tiny 5A one

The fuse is permanently powered, so that is OK.
Only two connections - one to the transit relay connector, one to the alternator.
Check for broken/damaged wire at the transit relay connector and near the alternator.
Unplug the alternator connector - does a new fuse still blow?
The starter motor wiring is unrelated, this is the high current cable back to the battery from the alternator which is passed through the starter on a TDV6.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Finaly got. the Time to search the issue. The previous Owner seemd to used the line for an additional 12V supply. The Wire dissapeares somewhere behind the CJB. Disconnected this wire and resoldered the original cabels. Alternator PWM Signal works again.
BUT the Key doesn‘t work. Locking, Unlocking or LR Button don‘t work. Starting the Car is no Problem.
Ans hints?
