Engine lumpy on start up

As per the title,

After starting the engine, mainly from cold, it takes about 10 - 15 seconds for the engine to run properly, during this time it's as if it's mis-firing / lumpy, but it's diesel Confused

Could it be a glow plug that's playing up Question car just over 12 months old with 16K on the clock.

TIA

Dave

Yep, mine's done it on a couple of cold mornings recently.
17k on mine and just serviced 800 miles ago.
Will take it up with dealer if it continues.

Snap - also just serviced
Lumpy start with smoke - appears to be un-burnt fuel

Forgot to mention that mine was serviced back in September so probably done about 1500 miles since and now the lumpyness has appeared but haven't noticed any smoke on mine.

Unfortunately have no time to book it into stealers this side of christmas. Perhaps a long run down to Englandshire over the festive period will clear it oot Question

Both my Disco 4s have done this when it's quite cold.....although not for as long as 15 seconds....more like 5.

My first car (2009) did it so badly if you put it in reverse really quickly after starting it would actually stall!!
