need to take loads of stuff off to do that. So be without car for a day or two.
Remove injectors. (twist a bit) (be careful with leak off pipes, and hold on to clips tightly!) They like to go missing.
Remove fuel rail.
Remove fuel rail mount bracket.
Lift Y join pipe up.
disconnect fuel pipe from rear.
loosen cambelt cover as there is a bolt hidden behind there. This may need fan removal( pain) aux belt off?
unbolt cam cover.

Its difficult to offer you any precise help, as you can appreciate its not easy to do so with just the audio you posted.
For what its worth, firstly I wouldn't worry too much about the sound under the oil cap, as internal noise will try to rush out once opened. The noise on the left bank is not terrible when you pull the camera away from it. Taken together with the oil pressure readings you are content with, there appears not to be quite enough evidence to be unduly worried. Further investigation is merited for sure, and if you are still worried you might have misaligned the timing, then these two issues could be linked.
There's only one way to find out I'm afraid and that means removing the starter, but at least it will put your mind at peace on the timing front, if nothing else.
Sorry I can't offer you more solid help at this point, but keep the posts coming

it sounds like it revs ok and the "worrying" noise didn't seem worse with revs.

Mate just the fact you have replied I’m really appreciated of and yes I may just wip the started motor out as it was the first time I had ever done a disco one but I so sure the crank didn’t move but I surpose it could of moved a millimetre and put the cams out by a couple of milli meters not a whole tooth
I will say one thing that the noise is worse once warmed up not as noticeable when cold and the other way around with the tapping on the drivers side worse when cold and quietens down when hot Disco 3 gone but not forGotten

I agree, and therefore I don't think he has a catastrophe on his hands, given what he has already said its possibly misaligned timing, cam chain trouble, or an injector (in that order) me thinks. But hey, after all that it could also be a duff oil filter
