I can feel the pain got a p2290 and a p120f car is killing me money wise all started when I towed my twin wheel tin tent and the trusty engine system fault came up car used to always run a bit weird as in kind of a surge so had the ear box and t/c done with no real change but always had the p2290 code so here goes the list of bits I have changed to try fix it
3 new injectors
Egrs blanked
New landrover In tank pump
New maf
New turbo
New landrover fuel filter
Gearbox and t/c rebuilt
New pump belt
With near on 6k spent I want this done and sorted if it needs a new hpfp then so be it just want it fixed
Also forgot to say all boost hoses and intercooler are fine had a smoke tester on it today PLEASE SOME ONE HELP

Just looked at my MAP sensor. Very dirty, looking forward to seeing if it makes a difference.

Had ESF yesterday when giving it some up a hill. Thought I saw low coolant message as well. No bongs and no real loss of power. Turned off waited a few minutes then after some shopping in Keswick drove the 100+ miles home without an issue.D4 MY15 SE TECH

Cleaned mine tonight. Been chasing a P0489 issues despite having the egr's blanked and software patch applied. Sensor was completely covered in oily gunk. Cleaned and faults cleared. Been for a run up the m271 and light has not returned!
