EPB - Fault -> Auto release not working
I was driving along so not using the EPB at all, when I slowed down this new problem popped up on the dashboard along with the yellow Brake warning light.
Great - MOT booked for Tuesday.
I have connected my Nanocom but no faults reported. I have run all the various Driving programs to latch it etc. but to no avail.
I believe any warning light will result it in a fail nowadays. Could it be the brake switch?
EPB works normally, just this silly warning.

If you're getting a warning light there has to be a fault logged! Plug it in again and go through all the control nodules and see if anything shows up. If not, you might consider trying someone's IIDyµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Have you been slipping your clutch?, search through the board there is a procedure for the yellow light on with a manual that involves going through the gears.
Also check disc pads and fluid.

Spot on Flack, the procedure has cleared the warning.
I recall that the engine had seemed to overrun when overtaking just before the problem, so maybe the clutch may need some attention.
I did recheck the nanocom and there are no issues logged.
