turns out, warranty does not cover much. Got to have a steering shaft, thats to solve the wandering the car does. Thats covered. other issue with idle bouncing when 1st started would be covered if they could find what is wrong with it. the slap I have in the drive train under throttle and letting off is "normal" due to the miles 90K nothing can be done. heated washer jets not covered. Aux port not working, not covered. Compressor is very noisy and guess what? thats normal.
Another problem
We had a courtesy car, Freelander 2. And when SWMBO drove it I though She look forward to getting back in the D3, How wrong that was. She loved it and asked why we didn't have one of them. Disaster  Current: D3 commercial
Past: but not forgotten D3 HSE x2, 5 TD5 disco2's, 1 200tdi disco1, 2 300tdi disco1 one of which was a commercial, Off roader with a rather large spec, ARB's and big travel suspension to name a few.

the littel book of info you get with the warranty says it covers ICE and other electrics. Anyone know of a warranty the covers everything no matter what? Current: D3 commercial
