Corroded Rear Brake Line - Replace with SS Braided?

Anyone used SS Braided line to replace the entire length of brake line on their LR3? Just found a nice leak on my 2006. left side rear at the hanger.

Was planning on running a new line from the center of the truck to the back over the air compressor. But thought it may be worth just running a full flexible line instead.

Don't think it will go through MOT. Even though it's steel braided, the hoses still got some expansion.

Copy from wiki:
"The intent of braided stainless steel brake lines is to improve brake system effectiveness and longevity as compared to an equivalent system fitted with flexible rubber hoses through near-elimination of hose expansion."

Would use copper nickel pipes and join them beside the senter silencer.

Pretty sure it will, have seen several rally cars with MOT's that have full braided brake system, i.e. no ridgid metal pipework at all
