Extended leather pack option

One more D4 option question, before I finalise my D4 build:
The spec sheet gives a linked option Extended leather pack. It's supposed to include leather for: Door Armrests, Windsor Leather Door Top Rolls, Windsor Leather Fascia Topper Pad.
The question is: has anyone got that, is it standard on HSE's, does it look much different than the standard one?
