Fault code 0x22 on Termo top V

Hi,

I currently have the fault code 0x22 (Reference resistance wrong) on my webasto and don't know what to do next, but first I need to explain the whole story. It started with the fault code 0x05 (Flame was detected prior to combustion) that occurred now and then and finally turned it into a locked state. I took it apart and saw a crack in the ceramic part where the injector is. It worked for a couple of weeks after I had it opened, then it went to a locked state again. I ordered the whole webasto burner kit spare part and replaced it, since the ceramic part is not available separately.

This is when I started to get the error code 0x22 instead, the kit included a new glow plug. I replaced it with my old one but still get the same error. I also measured the resistance when cold and that seems to be in order for both of the glow plugs.

Any ideas about what it can be?

Dan

Where did you order the burner from?

I'm getting the flame detected prior to combustion error too.
