Fault messages, height normal, hdc, specials not available

Hi guys, new LR3 owner.
On purchase of my, new to me, LR3 the shop had to install a new battery and a new passenger side brake caliper.
Took the car to a local LR specialist who diagnosed, new front right strut along with every fluid in the car.
Replaced the strut myself but am still getting. messages regarding special systems not available, ride height lowered, etc.
I've found that if I reverse out my drive way on max height there's no rubbing, I get an alarm bell and the dsc amber light comes on and as I move slowly forward I get another amber light, suspension! All the special systems lights go out and the car lowers to normal height.
It drives perfectly fine.
If, I start up and just try to drive off HDC fault comes on and the car is like a bucking bronco, obviously I don't do that anymore.
I've checked under the dash and the sas yellow plastic ring is in place and doesn't move.
I'm probably answering my own question here, iCarsoft and do a reset and calibration?
