Hexadecimal is base 16 rather then base 10.

Although everyone should know that there are only 10 types of people in this world - those who understand binary and those that don't.

Robbie is teasing you... Laughing Laughing Laughing
Number 10 (read "one-zero" not "ten") in base 2 (binary) represents number 2 in base 10.

looks like i need a new one, tried to run some injector cleaner through it but not very successfully.

Take the fuel pipe off and place in a suitable container. Then set the fuel pump to run for 30 seconds to see if any fuel is getting through.

EGRs blanked

I took the pipe off and when you prime it delivers fuel.

i have spent two days outside running cycles through it and it just doesn't really get going.lots of smoke!
combustion fan gets to about 72% then the flame goes out.

Can you see what the internal combustion temp is via the glow plug/pin?
Common on truck ones is white smoke and non start or partial start, cure new glow plug and gauze but they are pricey nearly half the cost of the fbh from the guy on here doing them for 150 quid.

I lied just looked on ebay glow plugs approx 30 quid

Mine has the same error 02H and then goes into cooling mode, the combustion fan reaches anywhere between 80 to 90% before this happens, apart from the second error you have my readout is more or less the same as yours and its driving me to destruction Banging Head
 Cheers Skippy.
