FBH Queries
I am after some clarification please, am I right in thinking that my 2015 se Tech will have the fbh but I need to have it activated to allow it to be timer operated and buy a remote kit if I want to activate it remotely, I live in Northumberland can anyone tell me the closest company who can supply fit and activate the remote version

Yes, you are right (afaik). Easiest way to check is to have a look under the bonnet. Left hand side behind the head light (when sitting inside the vehicle that is) you should see it.
As for kit, Bodsy and Beanie sell them on here but i'm not sure about distance between the two of you etc.
If you're handy then it's easy enough to buy and fit yourself, but you need ot activate the option in the ccf menu using an IID tool. Again, easy to do. I bought the genuine Land Rover kit and fitted it myself. Took less than 45 mins.
Bodsy and Beanie do a kit that you can dial from your mobile, so if you're on a train for example, it'll warm the motor ready for when you reach the platform. #properguccistuff

Yes it’ll be there, as for activation you need a ccf edit, I travel to Gateshead monthly and can do the ccf edit with my IID, I’ve not got any Altox units in stock currently, that’s the one that’s phone App driven , LR remote is a plipper, but once activated you can set it to come on on the Satnav screen Altox GSM FBH controller thread
