FBH remote programming problem
I'm after a bit of help. I have a 2010 D4 HSE which had the FBH enabled and accessible through the colour touch screen. After reading numerous threads on the forumn I have purchased the remote fob, receiver and antenna from LR. I have installed the receiver by connecting the black connector which was tapped up and also installed the antenna. I have removed the FBH 5amp fuse for at least 5 seconds, replaced it and after 2 seconds but before 5 seconds I have pressed the off button on the remote for at least 1 second. I have enabled "fitted radio" within the CFCs using my IID BT but the remote does not pair with the receiver. Just wondering what I am doing wrong? Yes I pretty confident it is enabled with "fitted radio". When I press the on button it flashes green 3 times and when I press the off button it flashes red three times.D4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Galway Green Black Leather Adaptive Xenons Logic 7 TV Pre-heater

It's not paired
Remove fuse 2 for about 10 seconds , put it back in and immediately press and hold the of button until the red light goes solid

Tried many times over the weekend to pair the remote but no joy, just a red led that flashes about 4 times. I removed F2 5A fuse and waited 10 seconds before replacing. Waited 2 seconds before pressing and holding the off button on the remote for at least 10 seconds. All that happened is that the red led flashed immediately for about 4 times. I have checked the connection from the loom to the receiver, unplugged it and plugged in again. The antenna connection is also fine. I have also re loaded the ccf to show 'Radio Fitted' so I am now scratching my head. The code for the remote bought from my LR dealer is Telstart T91 DEZ 0470236 HEX72CDC. The received part number is LR036695 and the anlenna part number isLR008654.
Any ideas and suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks D4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Galway Green Black Leather Adaptive Xenons Logic 7 TV Pre-heater

What remote fob are you using? My one is p/n LR027493 and it paired first time. I bought another one from eBay with a different LR p/n and it wouldn't pair.

Did you try Geoff. 's suggestion, press the Off button immediately (I presume 2 secs doesn't quite meet the spec ?)
These things can be so frustrating - feel for you

I have had a faulty (new) receiver unit in the past that wouldn't pair. Swapped with a other reciever I had and it paired fine. Tested that faulty one with another car that was already enabled and it was definitely still faulty.
Replacement one worked fine. Bodsys Brake Bible
