Having skipped dinner tonight, all this thoughts of steakl & kidney are not good. Might have to open 2nd bottle of red! Between me & Mrs L I have to say. Only twice drank 2 btls of red in one night on my own & was well hung over next day!

Chance would be a fine thing! Got 90ltrs of apple juice fermenting with about another 60 ltrs of juice to come. Then I will be well pickled. Just gotta persuade Mrs L that she does not like cider!

It would be interesting to compare the performance with a "re-mapped" TDV6 D3. Iirc, the T/C remap gives approx. 50bhp & 50lb/ft more than standard. A performance air filter might add a tiny bit to these figures.
The TDV8 has quite a bit more torque, which must make it lovely to drive, but I think it must weigh a bit more than an HSE D3.
The D3 is much more suited to my needs than a FFRR, but I'd love the TDV8, plus re-map of course , in the D3.
I must drive the new FFRR, to see for myself.
