You could buy a torch and shine it on the screen. That should brighten the picture a little. The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.

Isaac, ask your brother Warwick, I'm sure he'll know how to fix it.

Well thanks for all your help and advice. Its not my fault that my parents had a sence of humer fooking b ds I have not spoken to them since I got asked to leave my job at ASDA apparenty customers complained about my name badge ,, anyway.
So no one can assist in changing the TV screen settings
Have you tried sitting in a booster seat or on a good quality plump cushion? I have heard of occasions where short people have a disadvantaged view of the screen that makes the picture quality quite dark. The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.

It is a legal requirement until you are 135cm
And M*ster cnut i'd be very surprised if ASDA could spell your name properly anyway I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.
