Just had my first 15k service done. All good except it needed front brake pads Shocked They were 80-85% worn. Is this normal? Global Warming.... I'm luvvin it

Don't know about anybody else, but I have done over 10k and the pads don't even look worn yet. As I bought the car 2nd hand, they had already done some miles before that.

I would have thought 15K was pretty quick to wear out if I compare it to mine.

Mine were noted at the 45000 mile service..

Warning light came on last Friday on way back from Scotland Sad

Car has now just reached 51500 miles ..new set (front , rear and sensors ) ordered from nick at a very good price G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
