First service - some new parts needed

My car went in for its first service today (3750 miles) , along with a small list of problems.

1. Drivers door mirror glass vibrating badly - result complete new mirror assembly (inc surround camera) on order Shocked This will need painting as well before it is fitted. Problem was found to be that the part that holds the glass was loose and there was no more adhustment.

2. Occasionally no sound from radio, portable audio and TV after a phone call - usually sorted by switching off and letting the car go to sleep - problem was found to be that the audio and bluetooth software was out of sync (audio software up to date but BT not). Software was updated.

3. Occasionally no BT signal - should have been cured by 2 above.

4. Bottom tailgate loose when closed - needed adjustment as out of alignment.

5. Occasionally get blue screen from drivers side front camera and rear camera - 2 new parts on order (camera shunts I think they said)

6. Failed to start a few times - message saying press the brake pedal even though it was being pressed. I tried to duplicate this myself but couldn't and they couldn't either.

12 month service - should use it more but health problems mean I have had to give a few things up - horse riding & cycling and I'm not giving the D4 up! Will probably keep it for at least 5 years as it's a superb car - thought the D3 was too but the D4 is even better.

TBH they were all minor problems and so didn't bother taking the D4 in to have them sorted until its first service.

Why does the mirror need painting, the top colour coded bit clips on and off in about 2 seconds and without damage.

Thats what I thought too Russell, maybe they got that part wrong. As long as it doesn't vibrate anymore and looks ok I'm not bothered.
