I was away in the caravan for a few days in the week after Easter.
There was snow and it was blooming cold and the result of that is written in red below Rolling Eyes

1st trip was in Delemeare Forrest, only half an hour away. But it was great to see how it all worked. Off to North Wales, just outside Betws-y-Coed at the end of May for a long weekend. Then it's The Lakes for a week in July and a week in Barmouth in August. We've traded up from camping and being able to put the heater on in the night was pure bliss Thumbs Up

We have had 10 days on a CL in Devon, fantastic fun. The Alde heating kept a constant 22 degrees so wife, dogs and kids were all happy. Having the right clothes and attitude meant the weather was no problem I even cooked on the BBQ most nights. Thumbs Up

It was that cold on my holiday that the water tank froze when nearly empty.
Rolled it up to the standpipe (with the ice rattling away) and that too was frozen. Rolling Eyes

Gas was ok though as we run propane. Wink

We will sort something thing out Mark, be nice to put some faces to names.
Were back to the forest in July the kids just love it here, need to book somewhere for the summer break though. Last year we went down to pasty land but not sure where to go this year.
Cheers
