Fix/fill Aerial hole in the roof

When I purchased my Discovery 3 it had a mobile phone aerial fitted in the centre of the roof, just above the rear internal light fitting. However today in the rain it has started leaking...

As I don't have any need for the aerial can anyone sugest how and where I can get the bits to plug the hole? I've been to an car audio centre and they were just going to fit a rubber grommet, is there anything more robust. The old aerial has causes some bending of the roof pannel and I'm not sure a rubber grommet would give an adaquate/durable seal.

At the rear of the roof is a standard flat aerial or aerial hole cover, does anyone know where I could get one of these and how they are secured to the roof.

Any help appreciated.... Josh
