Flappy paddles
Can anyone enlighten me? I have a 2011 GS and wanting to fit the flappy paddles I was wondering if I needed a new wheel to do this or jus buy the paddles (what is the correct part no.?) install the software and hey presto it should work?? Help God created heavy armour on 06 sept 1916, on the 7th the devil stood to attention!

Just fit the paddles .. And then get it enabled ( which includes a software update )G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Watching with interest as thinking of doing same. Roughly how much are the paddles and easy to fit?

On powerfulluk there £75 of the queens finest for the silver ones and it's a torque screw and a electric connection looks simple enough with the video of how to do it!

Just been watching (well skimming through) the vids, straight forward til I started seeing bare wires & soldering iron action in the last one.

That vid is for swapping them. To retro fit, you need to take the airbag off and the steering wheel. You'll need a new cowling at the back to accommodate the flappy paddles. Once that's off, just add the wiring and the flappy paddles. Then enable and do the software update (IID only).Bodsys Brake Bible
