Solved my Bluetooth music with a Cheap £12 FM transmitter.
Tunes into a FM frequency and connects via Bluetooth to your phone . Quality not to bad and discreetly plugged into a 12v outlet . D3 HSE 57 Buckingham Blue

You might have done it the hard way tbh.
Most use a Bluetooth receiver that plugs into the Aux-in on the back of the centre console. Mods:
