Only with the Unicorn leather option, IIRC.

Have you checked the bulbs are there and checked that you have power to the bulb holder ? I know it sounds daft but its worth checking

Eh Question Question Question

I have a MY06 HSE and the fog lights are certainly not automatic.

Have you tried turning the light selector switch to the headlights on position (not the "AUTO" position fully to the right but the position before that one) and pulling the switch out! Pull out to first position to switch on front fogs, pull out to next position to have rear fogs on as well.

You can't operate the fog lights with the switch in the "AUTO" position, nor will they operate automatically Thumbs Up

Have checked for power at bulb holder, nothing! no power at fuse holder either (front or rear) with switch turned on in the right position. Also after thinking about it i cant see how a fog sensor would work how could it tell fog from dark night??? there is a space for a front fog light relay in engine compartment fuse box but it says this optional and has no connectors! it shouldnt affect rears anyway??
