Cheers Del. We are setting off this morning to do a short trip down to St Gervais where we will camp for a couple of days to see if my back gets any better and then make a decision for our next move. šŸ‘ One thing weathers nice šŸ‘

We have made it down to St Gervais about 100 mile or so from La Rochelle. I am going to have a few days here to see if I can sort my back a little. Set full camp up as we are here for a while. It rained heavy last night but all ok today Thumbs Up

Best of luck with the trip.

Sitting driving is going to be the worst thing for your back sadly. I know the pain all to well - really sorry. If it helps Iā€™d do loads and loads and loads of walking when you stop to get things moving.

Really hope it improves. Thumbs Up
