Friendly MOT centre near clanfield

Hi all

Looking for a friendly MOT centre in my area (still new here) realise my MOT is due on the disco. I usually go to a chap in Southampton that lets me get underneath the vehicle for a good inspection at the same time. But with the price of fuel and time at the moment think it’s time I found a friendly more local. Especially as I’d like to get my 1937 Austin MOTed at some point too

Any suggestions ladies and gents?

Hi, from another Clanfield resident.

I've had The Hilltop Garage do some cars for me in the past and can't complain about the service.

But as I work in Havant I use Deesand these days.

Nasher Heaven doesn't want me, and hell is afraid I'll take over.

I've used him recently kows his stuff... He used to to work at West 4x4 and Guy Salmon before that..

Really nice guy will talk Land Rovers all day long if you let him.

Don't make the same mistake I did and go to Kwik-Fit ... Had to have a long chat to the tester after he said the headlight leveling system did not work... Did'nt seem to get the car has air suspension and self levels...

Lesson learnt for both of us there......

That’s what I’m trying to avoid. Plus she’s and old girl and needs special attention.

Thanks Nigel. Will look at that when I’ve fixed the rear axel oil leak on the Austin!!

The disco (called the Grinch by the kids) is booked into Petersfield for Tuesday. Will let you all know what she fails on!!!
