You may get away with copper slip on the bushes, but it's not good karma on some other components; I once had to fix a jammed brake calliper at the side of the road, and the only thing I had with me to lubricate the calliper slide pins was copperslip. By the time I'd finished my holiday and stripped it down again to do the job properly there was about 1mm play where the pin had worn the guide away...and you'd think I'd have learnt from the time I used copperslip to pack a wheel bearing when it turned out my lithium grease had been borrowed permanently Dr. Ian Malcolm:
"Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
Transgenic tomato anyone?
Let us know how you get on. I have a pair (polybush) waiting to go on but had enough trouble doing the rears so haven't managed to pluck up the courage yet to do the fronts.
Also, with the rears, you don't have to get under the car and with the fronts you do. I have axle stands etc but still the thought of almost 3 tonnes of Disco hanging above me is more than a little off putting Now an ex-D3 owner after 7 happy years. Miss the car but not the big bills
I have the excellent "front ARB spacer" thread, but that
(a) rather assumes you know where the ARB and bushes are
(b) covers spacers rather than bush replacement (I know it shouldn't be too different from "insert spacer" to "replace bush", but as I haven't done it before I'm rather guessing as to the ease of job).
(c) axle stands or ramps? (as I'm not entirely sure where the bits are, I don't know whether this is a "wheels off" or "wheels on" kind of job).
(d) any bush hints not covered in the "spacer" thread - such as "use washing up liquid as lube to help get the bu@Gers on" (I've done bush replacements years ago in a LR90 and it was a pig of a job).
Anything else I should know?

The front ones are no worse than the back ones.
Put it up on decent (3 tonne) axle stands, both wheels off and you'll see them easily. You'll need the wheels off so the ARB moves easily to make things easier.
Follow Disco_Mikey's excellent instructions for putting spacers in but just remember to undo both bolts......
You'll need to unbolt the fuel cooler which looks fiddly but isn't and you'll need a shallow 18mm 3/8th socket for one bolt (can't remember which... ).
I used washing up liquid as per Polybush directions but would have used silicon with hindsight - the creaking will p s you off eventually.....
