| Front - detachable wheel arch - paint peel issue..... |

I have a Disco 4 MY15 that I bought approved used from Land Rover Manchester.
Just noticed that my front passenger side arch has paint peel / bubbles. I can only guess that this arch has been resprayed at some point and it wasn’t the best job. The odd thing is that it has been fine in all of the months I have owned the car; and so I can only assume it is the extremely hot weather and sun that has caused this reaction;in any case should I be going back to my supplying dealer or will they just say that I have owned the car for a few months now, and therefore it’s not something they will consider fixing.
