i'd already got some pics uploaded … but had tided up the shots to show things better .(but can't get those to upload)
so … in this, top washer is the "not failed but poor logs" one, bottom is the failed one.

There should be groves up the actual thread to enable the washer to go on the nut side then tighten. Not good if a new washer or bolt has failed.Jaguar I-Pace HSE imminent.

Where did the new bolts come from ? Personally I wouldn’t be happy using them if the lugs tear off that easily. The ones I fitted to mine came with the kit from Advanced Factors, but they were Borg &Beck, and had a black finish when new. They were ok, but are now quite rusty after only one year on the car. The original LR bolts stood up well to over 10 yrs use, came out fairly easily, and were not very rusty at all. So with hindsight, if I have to do this again, I would get genuine LR parts next time. D3 owned from new, P017 brake recall, BAS FBHIC, new FBH, LR013487 oil pump, new water pump. RRS front lower suspension arms. New suspension compressor/ relay. New Denso alternator. CuNifer rear brake pipes. New GKN rear propshaft. New HPFP belt & tensioner. New A/C Condenser.NO WARRANTY for many many years.
… and they're shiny silver, not black finish (looks shiny black on my PC ).

I only used new nuts and bolts, I reused my washers, they won’t be much from Land Rover though.Jaguar I-Pace HSE imminent.
