I can't post any links with this phone but have a look in Wiggs gallery where theres a link to a website of his that gives you a pictorial on hidden winch fitting.
Also have a gander at CFB's gallery & Christylers gallery ( chris's is hydraulic & hidden)
if i can get onto the laptop later I'll post some threads that I have bookmarked .

Superwinch EPi9 or EP9 from Goodwinch seems to be the choice Andy.Anything below 9000 lbs rating seems pointless IF they are going to give it serious work. Some of the UK lads have used Warn 9.5 XP but had isues with the motors ISTR.
I dont know what the preference is for mounts, Internal or hidden mounts are available from RLD ( uncle Ray).
I know Bearmach & Rasta4X4 also have versions.I only know of the Warn external mount.
I helped fit one of ( I presume) Uncle Rays ones and it was very straightforward and easy to mount. The existing mount holes on the D3 need to be enlargened from 8 mm diam to say 12 or 14 mm.Rays mount came with two brackets to relocate the washer bottle & the airbag crash sensors (?) which are mounted on the crash barrier which is removed as part of the process ( 8 bolts ).I've no experience of any others so can't offer a recommendation.
I bought a Warn mount myself recently and hope to fit a Superwinch EP12 kitted out with some 11 or 12 mm Dyneema Plasma Rope.
The three people with the most Experience , Christyler , 10FC & AndrewSwould be the best advice on Winching.
Good luck.
