Front suspension?

Hi , my D4 with 120,000 on clock , has a significant creaking coming from what sounds like front suspension and is slow to lift on front end any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you expand a bit? Creaking when? While moving? While raising? Turning? Braking? Slow speed?
The two could be independent. Slow to raise could be the compressor, or a sticky valve block, or an air leak somewhere.

Creaks at slow speed on uneven ground , breaking and upon release of brakes, and when raising

I'd be getting the front jacked up and have a good poke around, see if there's anything obvious. Turn the steering wheel while up in the air and listen for creaks. Grab one of the wheels and move it around. Get a pry bar on the suspension arms and move them up and down and see if you can replicate the creak. Any fault codes showing?

At 120k, if it hasn't had front lower arms and drop links, it will be needing them soon. As previous reply, get under the car whilst it's jacked up and wiggle stuff to see if you can replicate the noises. When my lower arms needed doing, I couldn't replicate the noises by moving stuff by hand but all the noises whilst driving pointed to them being worn. Transformed the car once they were done.
