has anyone used any OEM fuel filter??

I asked the same question a few weeks ago and was told avoid Britpart. Bearmach ok.
I managed to get a Mahle fuel and oil filter plus Cooper air for £22 plus p&p on ebay so as above bargains can be had.

United Kingdom 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Lugano TealDiscovery 3

I bought some bits from that well known auction site. Disco 3 "service kit" which had air filter/pollen filter/oil filter and fuel filter (take care as later models have a different one) plus a new sump plug. £43.99 plus P&P and arrived next day.

Filters were Mahle & Bearmach. Take care when changing the fuel filter as there are four connectors which you could probably jumble up. There is a guide on here on how to do it, but basically you need ramps/lift and remove a plastic plate that runs across the car under the front seats. The filter sits under the drivers seat position and is easy to change, just a bit tricky with finger space when removing and refitting the connectors...probably why later models have a different set up.
