Fuel Price Comparison App.
I've searched, but not found a topic on the above.
Like others I'm irritated to say the least by "rip-off" diesel & petrol pricing.
I am looking for an Android app, or possibly two, to give real time, or as near real time as is possible, prices for fuel in my current area or within a reasonable distance from the route which I am travelling.
I say one or two apps, as my primary interest is the UK; but I am also interested in fuel prices when driving elsewhere in Europe.
It would be good to be able to "filter" by supplier, as I'm only going to fill with Shell or BP premium fuel, except where there is no alternative.

Both PetrolPrices and Waze do it but I've not found either to be particularly accurate. Waze crowd sources their data and its often very out of date.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Apple App
Hi NJS5,
There are some apps out there and all offering access to the fuel prices in your location and have filters to allow you to have only your preferred supplier. I have just found 'PetrolPrice' (which I have no personal connection to) and it looks like it could fit the bill...Huggs.

Many thanks everyone.
I use Waze regularly & frequently, but have found the "fuelling" part of the app. not to be up to scratch.
I have looked at the reviews for PetrolPrices here:-
The reviews are pretty variable, and I'm not inclined to pay out £2.99 on the basis of those reviews.
Please keep the suggestions coming.

You can use it without paying £2.99 (with certain limitations) to check the quality of the data. I don't think you'll find anything better TBH.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

I use the free Petrolprice app and find it useful. Not all garages are included in their database, as they get up to date prices by monitoring the use of Fuel Agency cards. Smaller independent garages that don't accept these cards will not be included by Petrolprices.
I find it handy nonetheless.D1 300Tdi - gone
