Full system error at random

hi guys.

Got a strange one here. At random my D3 2006 gives a full shutdown and an immense fault list.
This time got it in the last 5km from home.. this is the list. Does anyone know what could have caused this snowball effect? brake bulbs and switch already replaced. Every thing seems to work just fine. Even the EPB doesn’t squeal en just engages when asked for. Thanks in advance!

either short to chassis or open connection

Check near the rear left wheel. There is a connector. Check the yellow twisted wires

Got under the car today, and all looks really clean, and actually like new. The wires seem oke (just a visual check).. Guess it's a specialist job now. I'll get VIS landrover to have a look, hope they can help with the problem otherwise the instrument cluster has to be replaced as GAP said could also be the culprit.

Hmm, did fix the terminals with some devotion and happened after that again. Are there specific earth connections that I should check?

Idea Check wheel bearings for any play! I had a front nearside wheel bearing fail without any real indication and I found it the day before an MoT. About 4 yrs later (my niece now has the car) it was shutting down with multiple faults - one was the F/O/S speed sensor so changed it and noticed very slight play in that bearing (minimal) test drive and it shut down again. Ordered up the wheel bearing and fitted and its never shown the Xmas tree lights since! Rolling Eyes Strange that the play was minimal compared to the earlier bearing which was rattling but never gave any electrical problems.
Just my thoughts - good luck Thumbs Up
