Firstly, just used the iid tool for the first time, brilliant!
Just a bit of app feedback, when registering and entering supplier, you select 'other' then enter your supplier in the free text. When you then hit enter, the app crashes and closes.

no idea, I'll see if it updates. It's brand spankers out of the box today
Edit: it's the newest firmware update and newest app available. Simply a bug on that box. Just meant I had to log onto the website using browser to fully activate the tool. More of a constructive feedback than a criticism, great tool!
