Gear Linkage selector

Can anybody point me to the post about replacing the gear selector linkage on the auto box. I got one of the modified linkages from TLO and I think it's time for fitting.

I took it for a MOT today and amongst the long long list of things they picked up on, they said the gear selector was stiff.
