GG AT3 Handling issue.

Have any of you experienced handling issues with 255/60-18 General Grabber AT3. I fitted mine when expecting the snow knowing I had suspension bush issues anyway so ignored the way it handled. Suspension and tracking all sorted I’m still not happy with it.
When you turn a corner it feels like it moves like a body mount loose or bushes moving however I’ve noticed that all four tyres are scrubbing down the sidewalls like they’ve been kerbed but they have not !!!
I think the tyres are rolling under whilst cornering....... has anyone else come across this??
Tyre pressures 34/37 I am going to up them later to see how I get on.
Any help appreciated.

Sounds like you haven’t quite resolved your alignment / Bush issues

I’m confident the bushes are fine. All new arms all new brakes and wheel bearings.
New hub bushes and new rack ends with ball joints and toe adjusters on rear. I’ve gone to town. Aligned on hunter machine all good.
It’s very puzzling.

ARB bushes too? Rear control arms? Sounds like you’ve changed quite a bit.

I don't think it helps you but I have four at3s on and haven't experienced this. Coming from well worn at2s. Hope you get to the bottom of it. Thumbs Up

Could be the sidewalls delaminating through hard use, age or defect.

The rubber can also be affected by UV light and this can cause deteriation before the tyre reaches tread limits.

Check that the tyre weight rating is correct as the Disco3 needs the 111H? weight rating

It's a heavy vehicle and all the above could cause the problems you describe.

Shouldn't be an age thing already, as I was one of the first to get these from AJS back in November 2016 when he eventually got deliveries of them.
I've had no problems at all in all weathers. Mine have done roughly 30k miles and still going strong.
I usually run 38psi front and 40psi rear as I do a fair bit of towing.
Even tramping up and down motorways there isn't any issues.

Albeit mine are the 19"

Ive upped the pressures last night to 40/44 see how that feels. Tyres Have been fitted 8 months but I did notice the sidewalls seem very thin and flexible especially compared to Pirelli scorpions. I own a tyre company so handle a few. I’ve had the AT fitted for 4 years no issues but I just can’t help but think this is being caused by the tyres especially with the marks it’s leaving down the sidewall.
Its only used as an everyday by my Mrs I’m in the van most of the time and only drive it at weekends mostly.
I haven’t done the ARB’s that’s about the only bit that didn’t get done.

All of the scrub marks are roughly the same distance down the sidewall.
