A good reason to go to 19" instead of 17" please?
Can someone here clarify why one preffers a 19" above a 17" wheel?
I do speak for fitting off-road tires.
If I could I even had put 16"ers instead of 17"
I can't see a positive thing about a 19" low profile off-road tire.
You can't deflate it when driving on rocks or sand
You don't have any side wall that can help getting more grip
When hitting a rock you hit very quicky the wheel it self, with total deflation as a result.
So please tell me why one would pick a 19" apart from "It's what they used for the G4"In a time of chimpanzees, I was a penguin.

No seriously...... Are you suggesting that the 19" wheel is inappropriate or that an MTR is low profile?
I've not had 17's so I can't make the comparison but there are others here who previously have used 17's with cooper St \ Stt and 19's with MTR ...perhaps they can enlighten you 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

The MTR on the 19" for a D3 is in my opinion way to low profile.
And such not a good off-road solution.
Especially when driving on rocks or in sandIn a time of chimpanzees, I was a penguin.
