HI
seem to have the same old suspension problems
1. lowers completely overnight
2. off side right front suspension goes first and is lat to raise up
3. suspension once at normal gives very hard ride
garage has spent hours trying to identify fault fix etc - no joy
any suggestions on hard ride fix, and overall failing suspension
have read lots though on valve blocks, sensors, software update, leaks and airbags etc. will pass on to 'fixers'. owen

Hi Owen,
Lowering overnight HAS to be a leak, or depessurisation issue (I know, that sounds a bit too obvious) but don't assume a leak, as the system might be giving a 'lower' command whilst the vehicle is 'asleep'
Have a look at the attached document, which might help
air suspension desription and operation

When you park it make sure it is normal heigh and remove the fuse under the bonnet for the air suspension. If you've got a leak on one corner you should find just that corner down. With the fuse in the car wakes up so often and levels the car to the lowest point.

There's a wiring block somewhere under one of the wheel arches (I think). This feeds the valve block. It can wear/chaff causing all sorts of issues. As above, disconnect battery and leave in normal height over night. Then try and leave it in off road height the following night. This will tell you if it's electronic weirdry. Also, If it drops in normal height, but not off road height, my money would be on a small leak near where the air bags fold over themselves. 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
