Hi - has any one had any experience with this (comparatively) new service centre - whether for service, warrenty or maintenance work?
I'm not too far away from them but up until now have been using my supplying dealer for what warrenty work / niggles I've had. However, since they're based in Shrewsbury I don't want to travel there too often for minor things (I've been more than impressed by them though...  ).
All comments greatfully received........ I see no ships........

I've used them for both services and some warranty work. The staff are all very friendly, and the price for the service was competative, but I'm not really sure that I could recommend them.
Some of the issues I've had with my car, (So I've been told by the Dealer who is currently repairing it) relate to outstanding recalls which should have been carried out 18 months ago, these should have been picked up when it's been in for service etc. (But I can't be sure that it's not a case of one slagging off the other.)
There have been a few other minor 'niggles'.
The courtesy cars aren't brilliant, but if it's just a set of wheels you are after it shouldn't be a problem. As you slide down the banister of life

Spiderbaby, I can't comment on Hatfields, but I would guess you've been using Shukers in Shrewsbury. Mine's in for it's first servcie there next week, anything I need to be aware of before I go in or people to be wary of?
