There is a factory remedy for that. You have to sit the eldest child in the back to hit the upright and jar them in or out, see its simple

So does anyone know if the Zenons are adjustable for continental driving ? i.e. is there a lever at the back of them to flick to change them over ?

Or do we HAVE to stick crappie things on the glass and thus reduce the light output at the same time ?

With the lamps still attached to the vehicle and just the rear 'hatch' removed, I could neither see nor feel the lever shown in the illustration of the manual that switches the beam.

Whilst it seems surprising that LR would make 2 types of Xenon lamp, 'standard' and 'hi-spec', the more I examine my 'S', the less surprising this would be if so. (I now understand the Xenons will not be standard spec on the 2006 MY 'S')

Think I'll just have to pop these bunnies out and have a proper look. Anyone want to guess how many of the six grill clips survive the procedure? Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

The clips are OK usually. It is not likely that you will be able to swap dip side on the 'S'
